By using Imogen Stone you can rest assured that you know exactly what the bouquet you choose will look like. We guarantee that each bouquet is hand selected and tied using only best grade flowers and carefully packed before delivery to your chosen location. Quality is guaranteed.
If for any reason you are not entirely delighted with your flower order, please contact us quoting the order reference. In order for us to resolve any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint on the same date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.
Non Flower Products Returns
If you are not entirely delighted with the non flower products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our discretion, a refund provided that the products are returned complete in original packaging, in perfect condition and unused. Please take care to ensure that the returned item is properly sealed and includes the original despatch note or return form.
Making Returns (non flower products only)
For all returns, except where the item is damaged, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any products to us, please:
- Complete the reverse side of the delivery note (which comes with your order).
- Clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange.
- Pack the items back in the parcel, attach the invoice and send it back to:

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. When returning items please retain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is damaged.
These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.
