The Consultation

During the consultation we will need to ask you the following questions about your wedding:

  • What style of wedding have you chosen? Is there a particular theme running through the day?
  • What colour scheme have you chosen and will it be possible to see the wedding dress in advance of the big day?
  • What type of flowers do you like? What type of flowers do you want to avoid?
  • What arrangements would you like to include? E.g. Bridal bouquet, bridesmaids’ bouquets, buttonholes, corsages, pomanders, wrist corsages, table arrangements, pedestals, flower baskets and other displays to enhance the venue. Also, would you like to give flowers as gifts to family and guests?
  • Depending on answers to the above questions, we may need to ask you the ages of the bridesmaids, page boys and other attendants?
  • Where is the venue and reception and will it be possible to arrange a visit to see the colour scheme(s), room sizes, height of ceiling, furnishings, etc.?
  • Do you have any particular cultural or ethical requirements?
  • And of course, what is your budget?
